Examples:
Assets page, select HQ, near HQ' name there's a kind of shield and then "500 / 100%"; mouseovering on the "shield" should tell me what those values are.
After that there's a grid icon and then a value of "1"; mouseovering on that icon should tell me what this value is.
Then there's a "factory" icon which says "Rare Woods", so I guess it says what my headquarters are currently producing, but still a hint would be cool.

Any single icon regarding the resources should have this too. Most of them are self-explanatory, but still you can't really remember the meaning of every resource icon.
