Not sure about demand, but in same form you can go to Storage, and you can see how much of resources you do have in location

1. Your current total production by resource.
2. The current maximum demand your centers need to produce at 100%.
3. Your balance between 1 and 2, showing where you are excess or deficient.

And then give the ability to sort by filters (city, planet, system, resource type).
