Just want to stress this is incorrect but I can see how people can get confused.

If you liquidate all of your assets (That's the liquidate option at the bottom of the Corp HQ page under the corporate tab) then yes you effectively sell everything (including units)

Only your HQ will move. You can keep your factory in place. Your Corp HQ can make another one after it moves. Only the Corp HQ moves. You can't relocate your whole game easily, it has to be a gradual process where you build up in a new place and then tear down the old one.
