12 Basic Metals/2 Heavy Materials/2 Basic Materials is required per turn and I have available 2k Basic Metals/60 Heavy Materials/1K Basic Materials.

What am I doing wrong? Neither component is being used else were, and I'm only selling the Basic Materials at a small rate.
