i would not support the splitting into three of the mass upgrade screen - very often I have to upgrade all three types and it would be hassle to have to cycle through numerous screens. First, Mass Upgrade Ships. Seperate out ground units and structures from ships, and give each their own mass upgrade screen. Three clicks a ship is quite a few, whereas if they were on their own page, it could just be whatever ships have an upgrade selected.

Contracts. When making contracts, a button that is simply, create and make another, that gives you all the same settings as the previous one. Setting up multiple sells to another corp takes several turns to do.
