Who is "RAIDERS" & 'Lord Humongous'?

Is this a player guild or what exactly? Because looking on the corporations list it says they have a networth of 100m+ and 0 net income and 0 production.
Just wondering is this an NPC faction? It isn't very clear.

That's AI Raiders, not an actual player, just like other corps with an asterisk in corps list

They are an NPC corp. There are 5-6 of them, kind of like the Terran Federation. They are used for events like this. I did notice that attacking the raiders in Sol attracts the Terran Feds which defend the area., need to correct that somehow.
