Its just a suggestion but you could add a building that work as a market where you cant produce anything but the more you lvl it up the more you can sell(quantity and different item)

This is already in the game, its called "Distribution Center". It has 10 slots of Buy/Sell to the city you are in. You Buy Sell power goes up as you level it.
