Reduction of Storage fees

I'd like to suggest either a Structure or Research that reduces Storage fees. I play by stockpiling cheap resources, then selling for a profit, but the storage cost is prohibitive.
I'd spend a few logistics on a cheap-upkeep Warehouse, or spend some Corp Research to reduce the fee. Nothing groundbreaking, of course, but it could add another choice, another pro/con option that opens up additional gameplay options
