Halting Production

Fut004 Posts: 5 11/14/2017	Fut004 Posts: 5 Do building costs lower when production is halted, and is that what's intended? While halting production on a bunch of my factories this morning, I noticed that the cost actually goes up. Maybe I'm just reading it wrong, can somebody help explain? edited by Fut004 on 11/14/2017 -- .
