Hi there. Thought I'd open a thread to anyone who's new or has questions about the game before joining. Expect a bit of delay in here; the Comms tab In-Game is a faster way to get questions answered.

Greetings. Just giving a hello and to introduce my presense in the game. No mechanic questions at this time as the game system is intuitive enough to grasp. I see a small number of guilds, is there a guild looking for new players or should I continue to build up my assets before approaching this topic?

Best way is to check Guild descriptions and to contact guild leaders with in game messages.
But, maybe you will make your own guild with your own game goal, and recruit new players among your friends or colleagues, or recommend this great game on Facebook, on game reviews etc.
Because when we have more players in the game – there is more fun!

They seem like a daunting force that scatter themselves around the solar systems.

We have:
Terran Federation
Hostile Creatures
Space Monsters
The People
The Machines
The Commonwealth
Dark Star Empire
Raiders
Those are NPCs or non-player characters.
Some of them are really aggressive, so don’t invest all your money in factories, build also defense buildings, weapons and army units.

Hello! New player to Barons of the Galaxy here. Does the game development still continue, or is it abandoned? I haven't seen any updates or dev logs since 2020.
