This is just a suggestion, but I'd like to see an experience stat for each building and unit.
Buildings would gain xp each time they gather resources or build a unit.
Transports and Freighters would gain xp whenever they sell resources.
Military units would gain xp whenever they take part in combat.
There would be a minimum xp before you could upgrade the building/unit.
Thoughts?
