Military and logistic contracts

Seeing that battles start to occure everywhere in the system, I thought about two other kind of contracts :
- Mercenary contracts : The player can create a contract with the following parameters : -- Location : the place he want to be protected by the mercenary. -- Fixed period or not : The mercenary will be paid for staying a defined period, or per turn. -- Credits : The amount paid per day, or for the period. May be paid with ressources directly. -- Power : the minimum fire power of the mercenary. -- Retreat / defeat penalty.
- Transport contract : The player pay another to transport ressources from one point to another : -- Point A -- Point B -- Time limit
-- Credits : The amount paid per unit, or for a fixed quantity. May be paid with ressources directly. -- Delay penalty -- Loss / cancel penalty : in case the transport is destroyed and the ressources never reach their destination. (stealing is bad)

Well you SORT of can already, by sending the Merc cheap contracts to feed whatever industry they are running. Not quite a solution for a 100% dedicated Merc force though.
