Cargo capacity way out of whack.

I was looking at units in Chicago to see who was blocking the market and I noticed a corvette, CVT BSNS 2, just under 10,000 units of cargo out of a capacity of 200. The owner might not even have noticed so I thought I should report on his behalf.
