Last night I queue up an ACP and when I logged in this morning I had three. I only queued up one and was only charged for the one when I checked the accounts. Not sure if this is an intended thing or not since it happened to a friend of mine as well. Just wanted to report it just in case.

I can confirm this - it explains why I have a stack of the things right now (5) when I expected only 2.

Yup, I queued 6 of em last night and now I have 18. I can't even make use of 18 atm.
