Disappearing Messages?

I noticed a few PMs that I have sent to Exordium have disappeared from my log. I was talking with him yesterday about the Gladiator games and we bounced a few messages back and forth, and also had sent him a pm about something else, and now all those messages are gone. I can still see a message train from him from 7/18, but my last reply there has disappeared as well. All other messages are there as far as I can tell, including several from today and yesterday.
I'm assuming this is a bug somewhow.

Only just seen this post, i had the same thing happen a while ago when pms from Evil dissapeared, turns out when one person deletes the pm it is deleted at both ends

This is true, either person can delete the thread and it vanishes entirely
