This moon charter is being implemented under the authority of the Emperor of Earth, Boldor Galactic Inc. This charter will apply to the artifact location located on Earths Moon.
Here is the summary of restrictions for the artifact site:
- Maximum allowed facility level: Level 5
- Maximum 1 research facility per corporation (must have HQ located on Sol)
- May not own any other research facilities (exception is granted to earth mayors)
- Production of A5 Cybertronics artifact is restricted
- The moon is to be under the administration of the moon manager (Pending the decision of the Emperor)
