Order templates and custom variables

Loading templates with custom variables doesnt work correctly.
Example:
- Move order with custom variable set to New York
- Save as template
- change the custom variable to another city
- load the template
- It will still move to New York although the varaible points to another city

This is on the top of the bug list right now. Hopefully seeit corrected this weekend
