Geobooster ocassionaly not working!

Several times I had deploy geobooster with no effect on population grows. Artifacts are eхpensive pieces so this bug must be fixed.

You can't stack the boosters of the same type. You can put a system one, a planetary one and a city one but if you put a second one active of the same type it wont do anything.
If that's not whets happening then it may be a glitch where the boost is still there when it shouldn't be from something else. The game is being actively updated, although it might one day be rebuilt so I apologize if it doesn't eventually correct itself
