Production of water ( stucked )

I dont know if it is a bug or it is my fault, probably the second, but i cannot advance from the tutorial 03 - Begin production.
I've done all things writen there but i get this message: Currently changing production to Water at 100% rate with 1 turn(s) remaining

The game has not been started actually so it cannot switch to turn 2 and complete your order. Just wait until the admin wakes up and sorts thing out

Took me a few minutes to figure out that it was not me doing something wrong, nor that the tutorial was faulty, but that the turn summary does not take place.
I think it would be good if new players would get an message telling them that the turns are evaluated starting at XX:XX, or that they are delayed for a few days or something like that...

Actually the turns should have been "activated" long time ago. I consider it the BIGGEST bug so far....

its a new bug, that I'm sure is being looked at. if it helps the turns worked fine before the update and the wipe, so is hopefully a small fix

There was a snag in the database that I just cleared. The turns are running now. So sorry, it's been stuck since it launched last night. I wasn't expecting a silly problem like this was.
