Logistics Cap?

My problem is with the logistics cap for industry. I'm like Vulpex in that for me industry is where it is at. And if as you say the game goes on forever then at some point there is nothing more to do. You will pretty quickly hit a point where you have all your factories and their supply chains tweaked to the highest they can get, and building more will just cost more than it is worth.

I like the intricacy that you can get, and that you can develop "your city" to maximize it's size.

Ability to sell Military units to other players

Just think it would be nice to have the ability to sell military units - make it worth while to have that lvl 10 shipyard and base.

Having located to Sirius and finding that these new small starter cities don't buy nearly what I produce really doubles the need for a distribution center!! So hopefully "probably add soon" means will add soon. smile

Ugh I lost 7 structure ACP and 1 military ACp. I had them loaded to my freighter which i added to a fleet and moved to sirius and now they are all gone. They aren't back on Mars where I loaded and created the fleet - they are just gone. ???

I don't know for sure. I saw them in the freighter before adding it to the fleet but didn't look after. The only thing I can think of that might have impacted things is i changed the fleet destination from Gulyev V to Sirius IV right ouside of the Gulyev system. Can you verify that I had them. I swear I'm not trying to scam.

Maybe it should be 10 cities of max or maybe max minus one size, so if we want a new system to open we have to get creative about supplying cities so that they keep growing. Course we will need more logistics to do that. smile Have to be able to build a bunch of different factory types.

Oh man please don't so severely limit how many items a distribution center can sell. And having them count against logistics cap -- it would be better to go back to having a bunch of transports.

If it uses logistic points at all -- it is going to be easier to just have a lvl 1 or 2 transport sitting in the city per item you are selling with orders to pick up one turn and sell the next a certain amount. Depending on how much you are selling of the item. It is much easier to spare the 1 or 2 points military than logistic points.

I'm in the process of changing mine up reacting to the new distribution centers. Basically I have shuttles that move back and forth between cities both selling products and bringing raw materials. My military units are just guard location.
